Are you talking about sending a visual proof of a separated image?

Or sending a floated image to place on a shirt background?

or....
Been in the industry since 1996.  5+ years with QCM Inks.  Been a part of shops of all sizes and abilities both as a printer and as an Artist/separator.  I am now the Ink and Chemical Product Manager at Ryonet.

Use save for web button.....

Ditto; save as either a jpeg or png. If you save as a png, you can have a transparent background which makes it easier to place on a t-shirt mockup too...

Corel will simply import the PS file as well.
I do it all of the time.
