Another one...

This one seems like a basic system font, but the E and the Y are throwing me.  Can't nail it down...

I wish...this is all I have to work with :/

It is close to a font called Androgyne, and kind of similar to textile/lucida big casual, but all of those fonts are italic...

I think I found it.  You'll have to fatten it up a little and add an outline of a different color.  It's called BARRETT.  There are several on my computer...BARRETT, BARRETT CONDENSED, BARRETT EXTENDED, etc., etc.
