M&R Diamondback S Tri Lock problems
« on: April 08, 2015, 03:01:54 PM »
Hello all,

I have a 8/7 Diamondback S with the tri lock system and there seems to be a problem with finding the correct alignment.  When it was first installed by the tech, I noticed that when I burned the image that it was too low so I had to move the pallets down, but that caused a problem with the squeegee pressing over the pallet causing the mesh to bend a little as it would go to print.  Another step I took was to burn the image about 1-2" higher and whenever it would go to flood, it wouldn't flood the entire image since I burned the image higher.  I moved the stop block 3 inches towards me and and the master frame hit the screen holders.  Also, the stop block in the original position installed by the tech, the squeegee blade would come very close the the screen frame causing me not to be able to use ink traps since the ink traps would make contact with the frame. I called tech support and I'm waiting for a phone call back.  I'm not sure what to do at this point.  Any suggestions?

I also have some pictures attached so you guys can tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Thanks

I think I may have fixed the problem.  I moved the stop block about an inch up and the pallets about the same.  The squeegee blade doesn't look like it will hit. Thanks for all the help!
