Heatseal films on Pique?

Somehow, this has never come up before, but this is what happens when our sites link to catalogs.

Does the pressure pretty much negate the hills and valleys that we deal with when screen printing?

We did a ton of Ash City pique polos last year with a reflective heat seal, worked just fine. Hope this helps... and of course, test, test, test...

Make sure you get some good vinyl some companies vinyl is very thin and you don't want any of that,  stahls sells gorilla grip film which is pretty good for just about any material.

Alas, I am stuck with the materials already used for transfers I did on some other shirts last week, DM401 ladies cotton mini rib T's, some cad color and some easy weed.
Now they are adding another member, a guy, who wants a Silk Touch K501 60/40 Pique.

I don't have a sample of that shirt, but did find a K420 cotton Pique at the bottom of my junk shirt test-print box, and I just fired up the press.
I really should have looked before posting! 

I'm more concerned about the pique texture than the poly blend affecting the transfers.

Okay, success. I guess I worried too much (and jumped on the forum for help too soon)

The secret is enough pressure to get it down in the valleys. Then it even withstood stretching.
I figure the worst that can happen with the actual shirt, won't even be so bad, is possible dye migration.
 I have never worried that much about black. It usually isn't so noticeable. A slightly grayish white is way different than a light pink one can get from a red, burgundy, or even purple poly or blend.
