Printing over DC/Wb Inks
« on: March 24, 2015, 12:30:52 PM »
We had two projects come back to us, because they client did not proof their proof correctly, and want to reprint goods. They gave us back the garments, and asked if we could figure out a way to print over them.

Project 1: Gildan 2000 Sky with Black WB front chest print, and Black WB Back print.
Project 2: American Apparel bb401/bb301 black, with Gray DC front, and Gray DC back

any ideas of cool stuff we could do? Maybe just gigantic foil prints?

Although I have printed plastisol cover-ups (that adhered just fine to the previously cured plastisol, in your case, I'd consider a complete re-do, discounting the blanks heavily, but still making some money on a print that they will be happier with.
These aren't very expensive shirts.

That rug really tied the room together, did it not?
