This is an older UV exposure unit Located in South Florida (Fort Lauderdale). But dont let that fool you, this thing is a tank and would be a great addition to any small screenprinting shop. It may be an older unit but its made by Vastex so its a top quality unit.
The only reason it was replaced was because we decided to upgrade to a LED unit, but this thing still works 100%. Exposes great detail (see examples of jobs we've printed with this unit attached) and holds a tight vacuum seal. Blanket was replaced about 3 years ago.
On average I expose Dual Cure emulsions is about 5 mins and Photopolymer is about 1.25 mins with this unit. Exposes standard size (20x24) and oversized screens (23 x 31)
Cosmetically its got some rust (see photos) and small nicks on the glass from years of use however that has never effected any of the screens I exposed.
Also includes extra UV bulbs.
