"He who marches out of step hears another drum." ~ Ken Kesey
We had this issue a while back. Dryer was too hot.
We are having the weirdest issues with triblends and waterbased ink. We are getting big time shrinkage on tees from Canvas, Next Level, and American Apparel, but it's only on certain sizes, or certain colors.Any one know what the culprit could be? could it be we are running our dryers to slow/to hot?

Whenever we print Canvas or Next Level all of the shirts in the same run are different blacks or mediums are different sizes and so on and on. One was made in this country and another in that country. It does make it difficult sometimes. AA is at least all made in the same factory so 95% of the time everything seems okay across the board. But that out of the way yes, dryer issue most likely. You will have to do some testing and also on runs keep a little notebook or something and document, document, document...
ive always found the same issue when flashing them. the black triblends shrink like crazy, no matter which brand we've used. but say a red one, i can leave it under the flash for 6 seconds and nothing happens. yet the black or heather ones can only be under there for 2 seconds.
what are your typical settings for DC or WB on tri blends?
