Ive yet to hear anyone truely happy with dual cure/diazo emulsion running discharge yet though.

We've been running the Lawson LED5000 for over a year now with great results.  Price point was great.   They claim it to be as powerful as a 5,000 metal halide.  We use photo-polymer emulsion on most all stuff plastisol with quick times and great detail.    I think we're around 20-30 seconds on most stuff.  I'll get some more details from our screen guys.  Workhorse makes great stuff, so I'm sure it's a good unit.  I bought the Lawson because it was one of the only ones available at the time - nuarc and vastex didn't have theirs ready for market.  We've been very happy with it.  I wouldn't hesitate to buy the same unit again if i needed one.

I'm not that fast with the exposures with our lawson led using saati textile dw, I'm able to expose down to 4% and up to 96% 55lpi.  As far as times go, I'm at for example:  120 seconds on a 225 mesh coating 2/1 round edge.  I used my own step wedge and then fine tuned a second here and there to get them results.

Mike, I can't say I'm good for 1000 prints using discharge because we just haven't had that kind of order but we've made it through a few 300 and 400 print jobs w with no problem with the led exposed screens.

I do like the no heat and not having to worry changes is exposure due to the bulb weakening.  There are faster led units by far but we don't go through 50 screens a day so the time isn't an issue here.

The problem will be loss of quality and the emulsion will not be fully hardened.  You may have a good step on the emulsion side but did it fully harden the emulsion.  Nothing at this time with a reasonable price can be the olec.  Uniformity, collimation, and complete exposure.
