If you need another one, let me know.  I know a guy here that is on the fence about whether or not to sell his.  I think he needs to, he doesn't use it much.

I'm good for right now, I hope my next one is a super production machine then I will have all covered, singles, matching, quads, and maybe like a 8 or 15 head for long runs.

I personally am not a huge fan of super large machines.  I think it's best to get 4's or 6's and run those.  That way if you have a thread break, you stop 4 heads, not 15.  They can all be sewing the same design, but your output would be higher.  Also since you can load 4, press start and have those started before the next 4 hit the next machine.

Just a personal preference I guess.

If you look at it like that, 3 single heads would do more work than a one 4-head.

I don't know about that, but 4 single heads would do more work than a 4 head.  4-6 heads heads are great size machines.

Very nice. We have 40 heads but don't due that kind of quality. Then again our clients are just mainly basic logo folks.

Really like the aluminum piece that's riveted on the hat, it looks super cool.  Had a customer ask me to do something similar a long time ago, we ended up outsourcing it.

Where/how did you source or make the riveted piece?

I have a few sources, all friends.  They don't really do that type of thing but slide me in on their water jet.  I have one on my street even.

I will need a bigger building.  LOL.

I remember thinking, no way I could fill up 8,000sqft.  I have already filled up the whole inside.  The warehouse is only half full of equipment, but also has 4 cars out there.  So its basically full.  Next I will have to buy the building and kick out the renter.  6ksqft over there. LOL.

The applique effects you are showing are very creative.  The glitter blue reminds me of classic car upholstery.  Keep em coming.
