I see that nobody posted much stuff in this thread for a while
Nothing special here as far as the excellent design or something that is tough to embroider, but I kind off like the design and the message it gives

It is 11.5" tall and 11.5" wide design with 85000 stitches done on the back of a Berne jacket (Similar co Carhart). It took 2.5 hours for each jacket.

Customer sent the pattern in, we also covered it in clear vinyl to protect it, so its 2 layers of fabrics.  Pretty awesome looking!

A client asked me to match up what they had done before..... Sure, (but I made a few adjustments......)
the top ones (in each pic) are the old logos. Bottom ones are ours with a few "adjustments"

Yah, they hated them so much they ordered more.
These are the first melton and leather jackets I've done in years.
Don't do too many any more with all the softshell stuff.

We carry about 70-80 styles of that stuff on hand, most is not covered in clear though.  Just some of the more fragile ones are.  Customer can choose whatever combo they want.  Some of our designs have 3 fabrics in each, so they can really make a garment stand out.  Its all hand cut/applied/then machine embroidered.  Truly one off item.
