Hey, if it works.....
I have Pulse Illustrator, and I do most of my graphics in Adobe Illustrator to get the shapes to the Pulse. Mt version do not have that many drawing tools and that is how I get away with it. Get the shapes in, and then I manually do the digitizing (Assign fills, pulls, densities, etc....)

We dont have anything thats fancy as far as embroidery software goes.  Shelly does it all manually, tracing all of it by hand.

I guess the reason we haven't spung for new software is she is getting awesome results.  I often wonder how much time savings a better program would be and would the results be as good.

It is not really that fancy, it is lover level of Pulse. I would have to trace everything by hand too, but with a Auto Digitize function (I do not use it to get the final) I convert the vector shapes from Illutrator/Corel to a shapes that are ready for applying of the embroidery parameters. Apply, fill, pull, underlay (sometimes I do underlay manually), density and you are done. A lot easier that tracing with a fill or a satin tool.

Hey Brandt do you guys offer specials to the industry? Like me? lol I have been looking for someone to do embroidery but have not found anyone local with the skills I see in your stuff. That is why I have turned customers away with embroidery needs and I hate doing that but I dont want to sell them junk.

We have no "contract" pricing for embroidery at this time.  We are just a 3 head shop, we barely can keep up with our current customers already.  I do plan to at some point add a 4-6-8+ head machine or maybe even more than one.  We are happy to do work for you, but our prices in place area already as cheap as we are going to go with current machines.

You can see our flexfit pricing here, which most people would say is pretty good all on its own.  There used to be a shop with 300 heads here in town and he was higher than me by a good bit.  He went out of business though, probably due to high price.

Man, that is cheap. I just quoted a 100 of Otto flex hats with 8K stitches on front and 4K on the back for $16 each.

Sounds like you could make money and not even touch the product.   8)
