This was a nice change from the normal logos.   It was left chest so lots of small detail.

My first try to do Applique. Used my cutter to cut the twill and did my own digitizing.

I believe it is 5.125 wide and about 2.375 tall.
It is pretty big design for a hat.

whew 20k on a hat.  looks awesome for that many stitches, not too dense and crinkled up anywhere! for those who dont understand, you can do a whole large jacket back design in 20k stitches sometimes if the design is right, so to cram that into a hat, great job.
