In the past we have had issues, but.
Think about it.
We receive and ship lots of packages daily. I have to say, they don't mess up much considering the volume. Sure sometimes they are late, and a few times they shipped to the wrong place, but all in all, there mess ups have not been as much as ours.
When we have had problems with delivers or pick ups, we call the local office, nicely request a change and 99% of the time have received the change and better service.
Maybe it is due to the volume we ship, but I really think they do a good job!
