Plasticharge yellow

Hey you guys, we're printing a discharge job on some PC61 Royal, and they do discharge, but the yellow is a tad dull. We use plasticharge (until I get them to "get into" the WB idea, I already know they are superior). I seem to remember a conversation about altering the amount of ZFS to get some reds and some yellows to come out cleaner...

2.5 to 3% on reds and yellows here.

3.5% with yellow Sericol Texcharge gives a nice, bright standard yellow.  Not too golden, not too pastel, just right.

also, with plasticharge and tricky colors use a high opacity yellow and go maybe 60% ink and 40% base...then back down on the ZFS...

Update, worked very well, thanks all. Homer, it's a PC61 from SanMar, they have charts now...

I meant that's our method to yellows on everything, not necessarily on a royal blue shirt.  I should have been a little more clear on that.  Now that I think of it I'm not sure we've every done straight yellow on a royal blue shirt.
