We've had Ink Soft for a few months. The set up is pretty extreme. I did like Middletown, I just set it up for Gildan for now. I need to add in a few more of our common items. I just got my first order off of it. How? A regular customer of ours who designs on the Blue Cotton website (similar to CI) and sends me the link. I told her we have our own version. Please do it on our site. I told her she will be the first to use it and to let me know if she had any issues. She said it was very simple, and she liked it. That's a good sign for us keeping it. This particular customer does a lot with us.
A couple of things I would look at. How often do you have customers sending you stuff designed on another company's website? Have you used the free Bodek one and generated any hits from that? How often do you have customers who have no artwork, want you to lay it out, and the order isn't worth the time? Those are all customers who you can benefit from having this.
But the main thing for us will be marketing this going forward.
