Nice! Position the EVO flash before the ECO flash. That way you will essentially "smart pre heat" the pallets by the time they get to the ECO flash. 12/16, I'm jealous, wish I could of gone that big! Congrats!

I'm gonna sneak in and sprinkle lint everywhere and empty a can of web-tack on your floor just so I can sleep at night.  8)

jk. That's a great looking shop and your press should certainly be suitable for just about anything your customers will throw at you!

So, we ended up with a S-Roque YOU P16 XL 12/16, 1 ECO Flash and 1 EVO Flash and their PRU system. This gives us a true 12 color machine with 2 flashes and cool downs and the option of adding 2 more heads in the future if we ever find a need for them.

(the forklift color is purely coincidental, I swear)

That is one hell of a serious shipping pallet for the base of your machine. Congratulations!

We welded up some great shop projects and accessories with our left over pallets! Even made a "prototype" of a off press screen holder with air clamps to hold screens while they are cleared of ink and tape. Didn't turn out nearly as cool as I hoped :'(  Even made the base that holds our new LED exposure "bulb" with left over pallets!

I think these are headed for the scrap yard unless "Fearless Leader" has another idea. It's some where around $7 plus per pound right now.

So far the install is on schedule.

A couple more floor pics.

Staged parts:
Print Arms

Lifting Arms

Pallet Arms and micros

The base successfully off the pallet and being moved into position. Yours truly driving the forklift and out tech Buck ridding on the base.

The press in it's final position. If you look closely at the boxes on top of the press you'll see that S-Roque was kind enough to stash 4 cases of Portugal wine inside the press for us! Nice touch :-)

Nice! Looking good. Buck is a pretty cool guy! If I'm not mistaken before he was a tech he used to service military helicopters!

You will have to ask Buck about it but a little bit less than a year ago he was doing an install a couple hours north of me. He didn't know what he was in for, the temperature hit something like 25 below zero. He said he was good on installs up here in the winter for a while! :D

Looks awesome.  Let us know how she runs.

I recommend re-routing the air line to the Diamondback :)

At the end of day 1. We should be up and running by the end of today with the first job running tomorrow morning.

While Buck finishes the install we will be busy drilling the frames with the pin holders, degreasing and coating screens.
