I-Image Users, crooked prints?
« on: November 12, 2014, 01:39:04 PM »
We just ran into this issue (of course with a rush job), Where we made 7 screens. 4 Static Aluminum S Mesh Frames, and 3 Rollers. All 7 screens were set up by myself and by one other employee, who handles the I-Image we have daily. Now I can't speak for our employee, but I can say the screens I set up, I set up good and tight against those three corners.

Just tri locked the screens and every screen is off center and slightly crooked. It was added into our 23x31 screen profile, and the art dept just tripple checked the art, and the art boards are perfect.

We are working with Alex W. on the problem, but what could the issue be? Is there some sort of setting that could have changed?

Never had that happen. Have you called Javie to see if he's got a clue what might be going on?

Couple things.
1. Try my cell if you ever need anything, I am almost always on the road. (Love it!!!)
2. I don't recommend mixing statics and Newmans in a job, but understand when necessary.
3. Easy test for all CTS owners. Leave one screen in your machine and if all the plates or regi marks line up then you have eliminated your CTS unit as the issue.

Also, the offset you are speaking of had to do with the nozzle checks and calibrations not the printing of images.
