It really depends on the shop, the nice thing about running them around twice is you can go down and fold them as the next round is circling the press. We are at around 100 pcs.

I,m getting way off the subject here, but when I print white and use it as an underbase I would rather print it once then a highlight white. Now if I,m just printing white no top colors I'll go one screen for about 100 maybe a tad more, but anything more like 500pc is like printing a 1000pc. Alot of white inks have a tad of puff in them even though they say they don't, p/f/p and you'll see the ink rise making it hard sometimes to get a good print with other colors. Qcm make a very good flat white ink 158 was one of the best white inks I ever used for printing underbase and coverd red shirts like a champ...so what happen they monkeyed around with it until they F'd it up, yeah I know this has nothing to do with the main post

I personally don't like the feel of three layers of ink in one area. I'm guessing you guys that revolve your press on 80 shirt orders don't charge white as two colors?

I bill it as 2 whites. It's very rare around here to have a dark shirt with only 1 color...that is only when they get a distressed print, or a color that doesn't need a pfp.
