I-Image Users
« on: October 23, 2014, 10:19:41 AM »
I just sent Dave an email about this, but i had a two part question for those of you that use an i-image:

1. Where do you keep your standard (16x22) pallets on your pallet arm? like typically how far away is it from each the front and back screen clamp?

2. When your art team is placing images, for the I-image to be printed on the screen,  how far down do you usually start the top of the image? On say just a standard front chest print?

We are trying to tweak our settings because right now, I feel like we are putting our images to high on the screen, and ink keeps leaking out the top corners of our rollers!

I hear that most shops are in the area of 5.5-6" down on the pallet for front prints. Some set them a little higher for back prints.

In the art board, typically most are 1.5-2" down from the pusher frames max size. This is where the art begins. Reggie's can be placed above and the art lands near 5.5-6" depending.
