A Big Thanks to Jay Pack

I know some of you have worked with Jay, and Brandt is the one that gave me his number.  He is the best tech I have ever used...period.  He came in and fixed all of our problems with our machine and it sews great now.

It's nice to have a resource like him, he really takes the time to do it right and doesn't hammer you on every charge.  He had another call in town on Saturday and he stopped by after that to straighten out a couple other issues we had.

I will say next time I'm inviting him to the house for dinner so he doesn't have to eat a meal out alone...that would get old.

He is a excellent tech and person.  He comes in here and my machines run like champs when he leaves.  He made our SWF's run like I didn't think was possible. I bet I picked up 30% production on him setting up our SWF's right alone.  For what it costs it was nothing.
