lonesome auto operating
« on: October 17, 2014, 07:41:53 PM »
Does anyone when operating their auto on there own run with the first rotation as normal and a second cycle as a dummy print...having a round of loading and a round of unloading.
Reduce the amount of movement and fatigue?

I would think that you have the same amount of moves either way.  1 way would take twice as long as the other way.

that would actually be more movements for me, as I pick up the next shirt in the same arc of motion from the cart after I drop the shirt on the belt.

I think this would hinder your printing as your goal is to keep the ink moving/pumping.

plus you gotta keep track of where you are, turn off heads, too much hassle

Too true... , 'one of those days' on Friday, with fleece felt like I was continuously pausing the machine and couldn't get in any good rhythm.

this is one of the major reasons that when I run solo, I use a foot pedal index.
