Hand Stretcher?

Anyone know who made this and how to use it? When I try it tears the mesh.

I think some advice I learned on another forum might apply, have you tried some 80 grit?

That is the tool made for use with the trax frames, not plain mesh itself. You need to use the panels.

and you have the pieces for both the manual and the auto sizes (though the big one will still work on the smaller panels and frames)

I can't remember exactly how you put the 2 pieces back together if you took them apart, but here's how you use it.

There's a "J" slot in the long one that the short one slides into, then screw the handle in.

Yeah, I just went out and looked at mine. I have the manual size, and the short piece is 17" and the long, 19".
When the handle is in, they are locked.
Remove the handle, and they slide apart. The long piece is(was) marked on and off to which way to put it together whether you are installing or removing the panel.

I gave some bad info at the beginning when I saw the pieces separated, as mine have been together for years, unused.
Seeing the two different length pieces, which were actually one tool, I was reminded that they do sell a longer one for auto screeens.
