One Stroke Dry Fit Poly White 9/21
« on: September 22, 2014, 08:58:09 AM »
Hello All.

We run enough poly shirts to have a good grasp of tunnel time and temperature..
But, I have we are running a 500 piece A4, Navy Blue...with One Stroke Dry Fit white
and I don't have time to run a sample and let site over night.. We usually strike a sample before closing,
and check for any dye migration the next day.

We will speed up belt, drop temp on the dryer, and minimize flash heat..
Any other quik tips for us, or business as usual?

Thanks.

John

I like lay the shirts out on a large table (not touching) for a cool down period before stacking. I have found this to be tremendously helpful.
Good luck,
Matt

One Stroke seems to run a classy operation. We have used their ink on several occasions when normal stuff would not do and it worked out great. They answer the phones promptly and had accurate info on how to print, much more so than what I've gotten from other ink companies. Give them a call!

Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!

I just ordered about a dozen samples from them today.  I'm really looking forward to testing out their inks, especially some of the specialty stuff for spandex and what not.
