TW Graphics Poly White
« on: September 11, 2014, 03:07:34 PM »
Does anyone here have any experience using TW Graphics's in house Poly White. We've been using Super Poly. A sales guy friend of ours works for TW now and mentioned their inhouse line. Just curious.

Give the Wilflex Top Score white a try if you can get it. For me it totally blows the Super Poly out of the water and has a 280-290 cure temp.

Thanks for the reply brother! We tried topscore and didn't have good results. You are right that it cures nice and fast, but we do a lot of underbasing with poly whites and I didn't like how it underbased, plus if not top coating with other low cure inks, it defeated the purpose of the top score's low cure ability. I guess we will stick with super right now, I can say it does a great job of blocking die migration, just has a lot of puff to it. My customers seem to like it, I just like a shorter body. One of my supply buddies said he will send me a sample of the TW poly white to try out, I'll report it if it's good.

Thanks again for the reply!

Mike
