Unistretch clear mixing ratio on 92% cotton 8% spandex???
« on: August 16, 2014, 02:38:02 PM »
I am about to print on black shirts that are 92% cotton....8% spandex....i am using union inks Unistretch Clear (unse-9160) to mix in with my plastisol inks....the instructions say to mix 25% or more by weight with any plastisol ink for lycra or spandex...i think this direction is based on the garment being 100% spandex or lycra.....seems excessing for something that is 8% spandex....does anyone here have any i sight on this issue?....i was thinking 10%  by weight would suffice.....your thoughts? I do have a gram scale to weigh the ink mixing.
