As everyone knows we dont answer the phone, ever but I noticed the caller ID of missed calls this am  and one was from Jason Rodriguez from a few days back.

Anatol, Why is Jason Rodriguez selling Anatol equipment and has a site with new Anatol equipment in it and a facebook post with Anatol equipment in it?

Yep, happened here a few weeks ago, and from one of the girls next door that answers the phones she said he started calling around 7:30 that day.  I remember the phone ringing early that day but I don't bother looking at who is calling unless I'm expecting one.  I wasn't in the mood nor did I have the time to mess with someone that is going to either try to push me around verbally or try to convince me how he's been treated so wrong during all of this.  Neither of which will happen and at least once or twice a week I'm in a mood where I would have given him a second of my time but the stars have not aligned yet.  I just now thought about this, that with so many people unable to speak to him (many of his customers) that I would have been blessed to have been able to communicate with someone who avoids so many calls.

It's funny he wants you to take his call, but he won't take the calls of people he ripped off and still continues to rip off.

Where is Anatol on finding out all of the info if he is a distributor or not?

Why don't you PM Anatol help and ask him personally? It's doubtful that either Brandt or Alan has that answer.

From my understanding Anatol Help was going to report back and just was wondering when that might be, no need to pm him, he was fine posting here that Jason was not part of Anatol.

I hope we here back soon and wish them well.

Not sure what you want me to answer?    I have stated now several times  Jason is not employed at Anatol, never has been, he is not a Authorized Dealer and never has been.  Not sure how to speak to this issue with more clarity.   Understand, I am not going to address on this board or anyplace publicly any confidently  things that go on within this company.   If you have a problem with any Anatol Equipment that you purchased from Anatol or a Authorized dealer , I will answer your questions or concerns directly in a professional manner.   Do you have an issue with Anatol equipment purchased NEW?
If you want my advice, if your issues are so serve with Jason that your time would be better spent with an Attorney seeking a civil resolution to your issues.   Please keep our name out of it it unless it directly concerns Products from Anatol.
Anatol, Why is Jason Rodriguez selling new Anatol equipment, post pics of new Anatol equipment on a website as well as facebook?

I thinks this directly concerns products from Anatol :o

I think it's just hard to believe some things that are said pertaining to Jason and an equipment manufacturer.  I want to believe those who choose to come on here and represent their company, but take one look at that website and tell me what it looks like.  There's really not any ambiguity to be had either, it looks pretty clear to me and probably many others who know this industry just a little bit.

Look no further than those s p i d e r websites to see someone claiming to be something they are not, and that could very well be happening in this case as well.  But look at the front page of rebelscreenprintsupply.blogspot.com at the very top and if that is a complete bag of lies, then if I were RED, I'd be doing something about it last week.  There are a few guys/equipment brokers that no equipment manufacturer would want to be associated with no matter their own past, and this is one of those cases, in my humble opinion.  That website sure looks bad and forgive us all for not believing what is being said about it, quacks, walks, duck, smoke, fire, adam's apple, bulge...oh wait, getting off track a little, sorry bout that.

I'm not in tune with any of this beyond what I've seen here, but if that guy is representing himself as an authorized dealer of Anatol equipment and isnt, I would hope Anatol would have been on the phone with a lawyer immediately.  If they don't protect their brand legally in an instance like this, I don't know what to think...

If Rebel Screen Supply is prominently listing themselves as an authorized dealer when they are in fact not, that is certainly an issue for Anatol to look into, no matter which of the two Jasons is responsible.

I believe that Anatolhelp expressed surprise and similar concern, and I guess to that end, the curiosity remains as to what he uncovers.
If they wish to keep it all confidential, then the shroud of doubt will remain.

I do suppose that if Rebel's website claims change, we can assume some action is taking place.

Why was Jason Rodriguez representing Anatol at a show with them??

I think that's a question to be answered, and why are we just  hearing from Anatol Help?

My opinion is that Anatol wanted sales so bad that they didn't care from who, what or how, and they got busted and can't find out how to do damage control.

Anatol Help needs help!!

He was clearly in their booth, someone here mentioned talking to him IN THE BOOTH.

Anatol needs to understand transparency and truth will set them free.

thanks brandt, I just threw up in my mouth.  I hate that quote.

There are several companies that have hired him to sell for them, and then quickly sh!t-canned him after they got some blowback from the printing community.

Anatol has had some service problems with a guy who they asked not to post his experience, and now they won't man up about this issue.

One question to ask ourselves and only one, do you want to buy from a company that acts like this???

Maybe the guy is a silver-tongued devil, or someone didn't do their homework, or worst of all, chose him to sell for them and didn't care if there was a bad past.  And another scenario that would play best for Red would be that they knew nothing about their "new" authorized dealer but after spending a few minutes on that site I find it extremely hard to believe that someone was selling/installing/representing a company without their knowledge, that would be insane.

Oh wait, they aren't claiming to be an authorized dealer, they are actually claiming to be an "autorized" dealer so that's completely different right?
