I have done 1,000s of their 15 and 20 cent ones......I really like them but to some "bulletproof" is not what they are looking for....For a softer hand I use Semo Imprints or Silver Mountain Graphics.....

I dont mind the bulletproof and I dont think my target market would either. This would be for my own preprint line that I have been sitting on forever and instead of printing myself and having stock or screens dedicated to each piece, transfers sound like an awesome idea.

The way we do our pre-prints is just the opposite of the way you are thinking...... Rather than tie up money in inventory for transfers we purchase a screen just for that print.... it is a one color so we can leave the ink in it and use it over and over whenever we need it. You have to have the garments either way so no savings there with transfers. Set up is no problem with one color.... plus if it doesn't work out we have an extra screen instead of a bunch of transfers we don't need. We print thousands of transfers yearly for our wholesale accounts that do event printing but for ourselves we direct print...... after all we are Screen Printers! Good luck with how ever you decide to go...... if you are hung up on the idea of transfers go ahead and do them yourself. It's so easy a Cave Man can do it.

Good point. I was just thinking of time involved. But I suppose I do have plenty of that.

These guys are in the same county as me. I use them often since I can pick them up and avoid shipping charges. I personally think they are a nicer quality than Transfer Express. White numbers are very bright and seem to hold up well. Font is different from Transfer Express, but I haven't had any complaints.

We through up a few designs on ebay and this is what we do for those that stick.

Only print them twice a week and sometimes it's only a shirt or two... But it is easy enough.

We have used their full color transfers on a few occasions and were very happy with the result.
