For what it's worth we have been using some 200(or whatever the close number is) quite a bit lately...

I use a bunch of 200S as well. The only drawback is the halftone angles you have to print at to avoid mesh interference. If you look on Murakami's chart, there's a much narrower window of angles with the 200 thread mesh.

I'd suggest 150 to order for starting to sell. You'll sell most frames in that mesh than anything else. 135S will make you want to punch kittens it will pop so often starting out.

Hopefully, all prices will be listed on your website, (as well as degree of frame prep expected on re-meshes)

May I be so bold as to suggest you offer pre-paid shipping labels for those who presently get no discounts.
The relatively high cost of two way shipping on frames is sometimes a deal breaker.

I know that the last folks who re-meshed mine paid considerably less to return them to me than I paid to get them there.
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

Thats a great idea. I have about 20 frames sitting here with no mesh in them. They almost got to the recyclers this morning.

Eventually they will... I just need to get out of the warehouse for a few days...

That's a great Idea Frog!! We do get pretty good pricing on shipping the large frame boxes... Also keep in mind return freight is free if the order is $250.00 +  8)

I know that with UPS, shipping back six or eight frames, I was once dangerously close to just barely going over the maximum standard girth, and the folks at the UPS store were kind enough to put a little weight on it, and add a little more tape, bringing it down the needed half inch or so.

Is Fed Ex using the same guidelines?

That's our top four, excellent choices. Outside of these we currently only use 330 / 30 and 90 / 71.
