We have tried many things, but we settled on using our own website, making a team stores tab, and giving each team a product category. Not the most ideal thing, but it keeps everything in spot. You still have to go through in the end and tally orders up to see what needs ordered, but we are working on that. We use bigcommerce as our webstore.
