Curing plastisol

I'm running on a limited budget any at home ways to cure plastisol? Atleast until I have enough to get a conveyor...

A flash dryer is probably your best bet, as long as you have more time than you do orders.  You should be able to find one used for a couple hundred bucks on Craigslist at any time in most cities.  Just make sure you experiment a bit with the time under the flash, and do plenty of wash tests before producing any customer orders.

Do you have a press? If you do use a flash panel for full cure, it is best to use another table or even an ironing board rather than the press boards as they aren't meant for that much constant heat, and will warp sooner than later.

I have heard of the old reliable oven.  320 degrees for 1 minute or so.  8)

mk162:
a lot of DTG companies sell what resemble pizza ovens.  trays where you can slide shirts in for a set amount of time and pull them out when done.

a standard oven will work, i would just use an oven thermometer to make sure the temps are correct...never trust the oven temp.
