Cleaning Floors
« on: July 10, 2014, 11:58:47 AM »
We've been running short staffed for a while and in the hustle to get work done on time, cleanliness and organization in my shop has gone by the wayside.  I just pulled the brakes on all printing that isn't due this week in order to rectify the situation as its beginning to negatively affect production.

One part of this is the concrete floors, and I was wondering if there's anything out there that can clean ink stains without removing the sealer.  I have a feeling I'm going to have to grind/reseal it but if there's anything around that can clean it to a halfway decent degree without going that route, I'd be interested in trying anything.

Image Technology makes a screen degreaser that knocks everything i've ever used in the dirt!
one of my old suppliers was relabeling it as floor cleaner!

It's lime green in color and takes everything off the floor.

Just pour it out.. grab a mop and waaala!

It's called DGR1070

Xenon has the best one I have seen.  Xenzu Pac.  Soy based adhesive remover with an ink degrader added.  $175 per 5 gallon.  Goes a long way.  great press cleaner as well.
