spray nozzles
« on: July 11, 2014, 12:18:12 PM »
can anyone recommend a spray nozzle to use for ink clean up, that will last longer than a month?

We really like the spray nozzles that have the fan setting, or cone setting, as they usually help clean ink off squeeges and screens a bit better than the forceful jet.

What do you guys use?

the zep ones are pretty good, they changed the design a couple years back and they don't come apart anymore while spraying.

the other good ones are Spraymasters (our home depot carries these as well).  They are guaranteed for 5 years.

We used the grey ones that say "chemical resistant" for years, but were replacing every couple months.
Have the Zep now, pretty good but the mist setting leaves something to be desired.
Whatever you do don't get the ones CCI is carrying, the top pops off every time you spray,
it's the most frustrating thing in the world. I went Office Space on one of them the other day.
