How hot is your shop right now?

When I walk out of my office into the shop my face feels like it immediately turns beet red! I checked a few spots where we have thermometers hanging and it's 105F and 70% humidity. All three roll up doors open, 3 mega fans and the big wall exhaust fan on and it's still hot as a demons butt crack out there!!!

I am south of you... I am a lot closer to the ocean though. I do not have a thermometer back there but the temp gun reads in mid to high 90's depending on where and time of day. I keep thinking of putting in a couple of mini split ac's. I know I won't cool the whole shop but at least there can be some cool air on my guys...

about 80 with AC on. . . low humidity so it's not bad. It is 90% outside and now matter the temps it is nasty.

Here it is about 95 but its only 11:30 am. Next week it looks like it is going to be 108-110 degrees outside the shop, that means unbearable inside the shop, oh but its a dry heat! pffftt

FYI, the male testes are around 95 degrees...so when it's 95 in the shop, it is literally...hot as balls.

Thermometer in my shop reads 124 right now.  Fortunately we have basically no humidity.  Gotta love mid-afternoon desert heat.

We close production down between 1 and 4pm this time of year.  Try to get everything done in the morning, but if needed we come back in the late afternoon to finish up.

Summer in Fort Lauderdale here.  All I know is that outside its 90 w/ 62% humidity.  If we had a thermometer in the shop we'd probably faint just from looking at it.

Going to pick up our new AC unit Thursday….. Get this -

It's a Carrier unit, 3 phase, 25 ton rooftop unit that they use to install on top of large 80-100k sq. ft buildings such as walmart/best buy etc. Brand new, never connected, because the contractor ordered the wrong unit for the application.

We got a $TEAL on it, and hopefully will have it running next week. Considering that we are trying to cool our 9200 sq. ft. of warehouse space I think we are going to be doing just fine.

This Louisiana humidity is really catching up with us here in our new (new to us) building!

My shop is right off I-95 and Broward Blvd, not far from Downtown.

It's hot here in Bama from about 7am to 3 pm then it rains like cats and dogs thunderstorms, for that matter we just got a warning on the telly, crazy nasty here. As far the shop we have AC front to back,but it can still get hot as a monkeys ass during production
