With our 4 color 1 station CAPS press. It also has a flash attachment...... but usually if it is for multi color dark caps we do transfers... it is just faster.

We've had different attachments over the years, like the Livingston Hat Champ best, for 5 panel anyway. Otherwise, it's all transfer now, applied with a Hotronix cap press. Too easy almost...

Who ever is printing lots of caps bless them, cuz we don't do a lot of it here, during baseball season we can just about wear out our embroidery machine.  I take it the cap biz is alive and well?
