I'm designing some shop shirts. Just wanting to see what others have done.

Simple here. I let people wear whatever is comfortable as long as it's safe and not offensive. I do encourage the hot looking chicks to wear less (had you there! ain't no hot looking chicks working here!) It's hot and we're on our feet all day. I also offer everyone "LOGO" shirts, Dri Fit or whatever they want to feel more part of the team. A lot of my guys and girls will wear that stuff. Nothing mandatory. Comfort and safety rule

Growing up pad and screen printing I ruined a ton of clothing with ink, so I promised myself if I ever had a shop I'd supply shirts at the very least, and we have a big box of them in the shop for anyone anytime, We also supply smocks and coveralls for anyone who wants some.
But thank-you for the reminder. Time to let the guys pick some of their own clothing from the suppliers and wear whatever they'd like on the house.

During the summer we keep em sleeveless, no print on the front (works great as a makeshift apron), logo on the back. I let the guys choose whatever brand they'd like individually.

Fortunately I work for myself, by myself. I'm the first to acknowledge that I'm a slob, and the shirts and shorts I usually wear when I work look like I'd just killed a clown . . .

whatever you want, in the bounds of good taste, we really can't have customers seeing F__K in 9" letters. We do have a shop t's though, it's the squeegee rack for our MHM made up of text (our name)

ROTFLMAO. Actually, my partners son created the design (he loves to mess with type) though I got the chore of separating a flattened file. It really was a nice idea, from a person who would not describe himself as an artist...
