easy! Turn on the AC.

Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!

Start at 03:00 out by noon.
Swamp coolers, plastic under the bed totes filled with ice, fans blowing over the ice into the work areas.

I guess I'm lucky in the northeast, we don't see much over 95°. Except when it hits 100°, LOL, pretty much all day, every day. If you can do the AC thing, such as assorted methods outlined last year, go for it. We have 16' ceilings, so the cost would kill us. But hopefully, in a few years we'd like to move, and it will be considered heavily. Otherwise, sweat it out...

I'm lucky enough to usually be able to shift my print times to the cooler periods, but damn, it seems like all of the dark shirts requiring flash come on the hot days.
Don't they know know that white is cooler to wear?

we love the heat, it is too cold for too long here in NY, the hotness only lasts about 90 days and about the time you have had enough it is cold all over again >:(

I prefer how the white ink flows on these nice warm summer days... but mooseman is right, as soon as we're sick of the heat here in Chicago,  it's starting to get cold again

It's been 100 plus in our shop for a couple months now. Lot's of fans moving air helps a bit, and we keep Mission Endura Cool head wraps around, put some water from the cooler on them, put them on your head, it is obviously nice and cold from the water cooler, but once it's balanced out, the evaporation happening causes it to drop at least 10 degrees. If they feel like they equaled to your body temp. Take it off, and snap it a few times and it drops again, they actually help quite a bit. One of the girls here is a softball mommy so she's learned with 3 girls on those hot fields all weekend to get these head bands that have a jell pack in them, put them in the freezer. You look goofy but man do they cool you down quick.

OR, you can be like Ole Dirkdiggler and have an a/c unit set up just for special workstation cold drops around the shop. I saw them when we were there, pretty freakin nice actually!!
