We run fans and A/C. Yeah, the A/C hurts like hell, but our people make the money for us. I HAVE to keep them somewhat comfortable. There's no doubt in my mind when temps go up, production goes down.  We run the A/c and try to keep it below 90. We're looking at other options, re-venting, high wall outlet fans, etc. But for now we keep them as comfy and productive as possible. I do remember the day myself, walking on to a shop at 5 in the AM and it's already 90, looking forward to 8-10 hours of 110-120 heat. Sometimes I feel like we spoil them, but again, they are doing the work for me.
