I've got a GT-782 that hasn't given me any problems until now. At random points in the tube cleaning process, the machine stops, beeps, and the error light comes on. It doesn't seem to recognize the cleaner cartridge in the slot.
This isn't consistent, however. It happens at random times during the cleaning. If you're familiar with this machine and the tube cleaning process, then you know that each tube has three phases.
Close Air-In Cap (30 seconds)
Open Air-In Cap (637 seconds)
Insert Filter (91 seconds)
It happens randomly at any point during one of these three phases. So for example, during the "Open Air-In Cap" phase, it will run smooth for any amount of time, then stop and beep and the message on the screen will say "Open Air-In Cap and Press Okay". If I press "OK" nothing happens, and it won't let me back out of that screen.
Any ideas? Anyone?
