Kruzer after a month
« on: May 01, 2014, 04:48:43 AM »
Said would report back. So here goes.
We got this specificly for 1-2 color 1-12 piece orders. The side clamps hold our 23/31 m3's perfectly. Micros on the money, easy to use. Adjustments abound. Spins easy. Stays in reg.
Only downside is it is a little flexy on a hard stroke. We have done some 6 color 1-2 piece frekin add ons for a production run on it, with no issues.
It is not built like our v2000 or a chameleon, but not priced their either.
In a nutshell, it performs well above it's pay grade.

I've been using mine for basically every job as it's my primary press.  Yesterday I setup 2 5 color jobs and a handful of 2-4 color jobs.  I only had to touch the micros a handful of times, and I register by eye.  The side clamps make registration a breeze.  Big fan here.

How strong are the springs that hold up the screens?  Any issues with loading M3s in them?

just a FYI. 23X31 M3 will work fine and if you went to 23X33 two washers installed on spring rack will make the springs handle that size easily.

Very cool.  After a week of printing on M3s I am considering switching our shop... and our manual press sick too
