New screen rack

Admiral:
Cut the edge of the wood at an angle before screwing them in place and with that angle you are almost screen safe.  Add a smooth strip of plastic over top of that and now it is almost impossible to bust a screen from the rack.

Screen holders like this       \           /          but not as steep.

Terrapin Tees:
i built my drying cabinet similar, and for the rails, home depot sells 2 foot straight lengths of black abs (i believe) for doing sprinklers, and such. they're about 1" diameter, maybe a little bigger. perfect.

mooseman:
If you look close you can see we used 1/2 " wood dowels in this frig conversion and  1/2" pvc pipe on the dryer cabinet.

mooseman:
This hit me right after  I posted, you can make a real cheap and dirty screen rack out of simple PVC pipe. A bit of a "moosegoldberg" arrangement but it can work estimated cost under $40.00.
Hope you can read the moose scratching ;)

Gilligan:
Did you slip in the bathroom and hit your head on the toilet when this came to you?
