Looks nice! What did you use for the "rails"?

Nick Bane:
Thanks! The frame is 2x4 redwood i think and the rails just standard home depot 1x2 furring strips.  had to dig for a few minutes and break into a fresh still strapped bundle to get straight ones but wasnt too big of a deal.  stole the casters off a cheap harbor freight moving dolly since the dolly was cheaper than buying just the casters haha. It gets the job done. 8)

How is this guy holding up?

I need another screen rack and not about to pay what they want for the aluminum ones you can buy.

Did you coat the strips in anything?  I have popped a screen on those wood 1x2's before, even after sanding them down.  Some little splinter caught the mesh :/

I picked up two used 20 slot aluminum racks on craigslist just last week, $50 for the pair.  Cut each in half and about 10 minutes to screw in a few 2x4s on the top and bottom to widen them.  Working great in my new screen room!

I'm not sure what your budget is, but if you're handy enough to cut the racks in half, you can find brand new 20 slot aluminum racks from restaurant supply companies for $119 shipped if you cant find them used.
