This is unions gold shimmer through a 200 wasn't trying to get a real sparkle out of it just wanted the color of gold shimmer but the sparkle still showed up even through a 200 screen.

Any tips on printing these. The lowest available mesh I have is 110. I have seen that ink is to be printed with the 60-110 mesh.
Any other pointers would be appreciated.

you will be fine with 110..i wouldnt run anything lower with shimmer..

I'm burning a 160 (156) right now for a job using International Coatings Gold shimmer, and I know that I will flood(fill) - print and repeat.

We actually run a 90/71 for WFX Silver and Gold shimmers!  Crazy I know but very effective. 

Is Union now phthalate-free?  I always wanted to use their shimmer since it magically prints through such high mesh counts by comparison but couldn't use their ink.

Yes, Union has a phthalate free shimmer ink.

I love my 123-55 mesh for silver, gold, and copper shimmers (Wilflex ink, Sefar mesh)

That sounds rad.  Might check some of that out.  The particle inks seem to really like those low count/thin thread meshes.

As far as few months ago, Shimmers were not phthalate-free inks.

We are pushing some Union Metallic Shimmer through a 110 right now into ribbed tanks... it's looking pretty good.  2 strokes. PFPFP (2 color)
