Do you read the trade magazines?

Inquiring minds want to know - Does anybody here still look at the Trade magazines? - How many of our you still enjoy looking at the trade rags? Printwear, Impressions, Wearables.

Printwear and Impressions yes, guess I have always thrown Wearables away thinking it was a ASI distributor or something(never really opened it).

I read Impressions and Printwear.  Never know when you can learn something new.

When I see one on the lunch room table, I will flip through it in about 2 minutes.  Rarely will I ever see anything new.

Last time I might have learned something was when Tony wrote about waterbase inks.

Used to much more until they went and started charging for them.
I guess the online versions are fun to flip through, but
not like every page when they were paper.
Advertisers are not seen as much online when skipping from article to article.

It was always nice to catalog them on a rack... from an old fuddy dud.

I tend to skim them now; I used to read them cover to cover. I have a Screenprinting magazine from 1975 at home...

I skim through them, but I don't pay for them, I didn't think anyone really did

Definitely impressions everyonce in awhile.  I didn't know anyone had to pay for them either.

I wouldn't mind paying $48 but.. it's free online and that's way less than subscription price..
