Stickers on shirts?

We simply turn the shirt 90 degrees on the belt

We turn them too, and move them to the side of the 60" belt. That usually gets the point across, but you have to watch the newbies anyway.

Definitely the way to go with a catcher - not our setup currently though with only 2 of us. I think the blue tape may be the winner. We do the sideways method to indicate the first size to switch out sizes in the box though.

If you have a catcher, we lay a 3X3 ultimate cleanup card near the mistake, We also throw these on the press and dryer to designate size changes as the order is going down the line.
