Manual Roller Squeegee Solution

Wouldn't a screen with a teflon sheet taped to it & a round profile squeegee achieve more or less the same result? Seems like an over-engineered solution looking for a problem to me.

Hello my TSB friends - Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this development direction.  based on what I'm hearing from here and from some other sources, I'm not convinced that the Roller squeegee for use on a Manual is a good use of our energy. Therefore - it's on the back burner, indefinitely. Although we've had many people ask about doing a smoothing procedure on a manual press - I just don't think it will work for now. As I've said previously, it has to be done very quickly after the flash, and with much more force than a human could easily accomplish repeatedly.

One more thing to add - If you do not own an one now -  I would see this as an excellent reason to go buy an automatic press!
