Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!

Is that a WB metallic blend? Otherwise, awfully shiny for WB...

Nice foil job!

What adhesive are you using?

Looks like crown rainbow foil.  Also interested in your choice for adhesive.

Correct. Automated the process to 3 peeps=40 dozen per hr. Most plastisols work although I make a special mix that holds up better in the laundry. Heres a select foil (bad pic oh well)

hard to tell from the image, but white discharge with gold foil?  I have done a few discharge/adhesive+foil jobs and it really is an awesome process.  Lets you get some really detailed foil pieces without worrying about additives and adhesion issues.

Correct. We are looking at doing domestic production for a very large international fitness group known to most. And they love their foil.

do you do anything after pressing to further adhere the foil?  I have had issues with washfastness and wear when I didnt "rub" the foil after pressing.  Pain in the ass extra step....

No. Its all about knowing how to make and apply the adhesive. I have a proprietary method that ensures washfastness. The gym clothes are washed often
