Agreed! It would be nice to have another company represented here, but just don't leave after the first month that probably does more hurt than help....

I'd like to think that their new alliance can only help. Here's hoping for a bright future.

The question is have they sold one yet? Looks like the video is in their warehouse.
The pallet arms look petty beefy though.

"Continuous indexing" looks a lot like regular servo indexing, what am I missing?

That looks cool. I like the indexing at the heads.

Indexing system looks to be a belt drive witch requires an encoder, similar to the CIII, but with the table raising to the print heads.  Watch and listen to the vid closely.  It is not very smooth compared to CIII, MHM, or SR.  Also with the table movement it will slow production down compared to the previous mentioned machines.  Just my observations, maybe someone running this press will chime in.

Exactly.
I never realized that concept until we got a machine that didn't lift the table. It seems "far fetched" but I bet a press that does not lift the table prints between 12dz-18dz/hr more. The press is flooding while it is lifting the screen and indexing, multitasking.

Your dead nuts on with the speed. The uppy downy press will never achieve the round and round speeds. The other advantage to the roundy roundly press is you eliminate what I believe to be the most wear on the machine, the up down motion of the pallets. Even though the traditional indexer has been eliminated you still need some sort of drive mechanism to engage the drive sprocket. I wonder if the belt is long enough to be able to change it if it were to break.

I would be concerned with the bearings hitting the catch forks, due to encoder issues.

I wouldn't take too much into the sound of the machine.  It depends on the mic sensitivity used on the video more than the actual machine.  When I video our RPM with my old iphone it sounds ridiculously loud but I know from being around a lot of other machines at shows and shops that it is far quieter than most every auto I've ever heard except the new Falcons, the MHM's and the Ch3, but that's about it.

Here is a sneak-peak video of Anatol's ALL-NEW "roundy-roundly" belt-driven automatic press.

Check out this link if you have a need for speed!

Stay tuned for more info.
