Almost makes you want to print in the dark, eh?  :)
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

Looks awesome!! What brand ink is it?
When I was in Portugal they were printing with a glow in the dark that was KILLER! You could not see the print on the shirt but under black light the shirt looked like your pic. The guy there kind of dodged my question and would only say it was very expensive. He was running Virus inks for a good amount of his other ones, but wouldn't confirm the glow in the dark!

Hopefully I'll never have to grow up and get a real job...

There are many glow in the dark pigments/powders available.  All with different particle sizes and glow strength.

That may be what he was doing, mixing his own in a base that would hold a very heavy pigment load.

Otherwise, why hide your source from a guy who is across the Atlantic Ocean?

JmanRT, loving your posts!  We would love to see as much of your technical details with each garment and ink as you are allowed!

Way back in my days with Liberty I was charged with formulating colored wb glow in the darks for Herring North America. The powders turned out to be carcenigous so the proram was abruptly ended.
Killer stuff though.....pun intended

Hey guys all this is is a phosphorescent glow pigment that was added into a Base. you can basically use any Base you want rutland discharge base sericol whatever. you can get it from     http://www.lightwithoutpower.com/
Brian peters is who I talk to over there, pretty helpful in some areas but I have seen the most important part is you got to find a good WB clear to overprint the Glow with so that the pigments don't wash down over time.  so basically instead of printing with plastisol a white base and glow on top you do a discharge base activated with the glow pigment and a high solids clear to overprint the glow. about the same amount of work but this stuff glows better than any plastisol I have ever seen.

The stuff that I use is really bright, to me at least, and it comes as a powder as well. Really cheap too. I get it at midwest. It comes by the five pound container. The item number is HANP1000.

That lightwithoutpower site looks like they have some really good products. While I like the han-see glow pig, it only comes in the standard green. And I don't know if it would work  well with discharge.

JmanRT, your printing is really good btw.

im not an expert on glow pigments at all but I believe there are certain types that can be used with water based mediums and others that cant. also this company has Green Aqua purple and a few other color glow pigments which is pretty cool.
