Who in the hell would print for this guy?
« on: February 12, 2014, 09:38:14 PM »
This place is not too far from me. I've been by it many times. Never even noticed it until this ass clown showed up on TV and now all over FB. I would most assuredly show this f'ck the front door if he walked in my shop. What a dick!

The dude is who he is..  The disabled guy that's complaining is the real joke because he tolerated the discrimination and all, up until he ended up on the shitty end of the stick.. And now he has a problem with it? The snakes in the grass is what you should be weary of.. Not the raging lunatic, at least you know what his beliefs are..

I caught that too, it's OK to to discriminate as long as it's not me. Well, chit no and F him too, but it still begs the question would you print his hate?

He is protected by the same laws that protect the people he discriminates against. Would you print his shirts? Are we allowed to discriminate against someones freedoms of speech?  He runs his business the way he wants. You have to give him some credit for standing up for what he believes. People don't do that anymore. Everyone is so afraid to speak up if your views may not be accepted.

Would I print his shirts. I don't have to, when you own a business you can refuse service to anyone you for any reason.

There is a bigger issue here......what about all the people that meet his standards and are his regular customers or worse yet disciples?
Their points of view no doubt all fall in the same line and they are all out and about in the community around your children and grandchildren.
At least this ass clown is most likely  in his business all of the time thumping his proud to be an ass clown chest in self-imposed exile.

DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES COMPLETELY WITHIN MY CONTROL YOU SHOULD GET YOUR OWN TEE SHIRT AND A SHARPIE MARKER BY NOON TOMORROW OR SIMPLY CALL SOMEONE WHO GIVES A SHIRT.

Yeah, pretty sure this runs afoul of title II of the civil rights act from my short bit of research. Not sure what it means in terms of punishment though. He can wear a shirt with whatever racial slurs on it all he wants, but denying service based on race is not covered by the first amendment.

I think we're all missing the saddest part of the story which is that enough people in his "small town" continue to support his business for 4 decades. But there is a funny twist to this story. See: http://agbeat.com/social-media/yelp-users-avenge-victims-discrimination/

Makes me think of this:

ABSOLUTELY NOT supporting his views, but I think any business owner has the right to withhold service to anybody as they please.

Am I mistaken?

Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!

Correct me if I am wrong but if there is laws against Discrimination even the government breaks them by allowing things like the African American Collage Fund, Funds and special treatment for women owned businesses. We could even say that food stamps and welfare are discriminating against the rich. Discrimination is treating one group worse or better then another. We all do it in one way or another.

I believe your correct Pierre, I don't agree with this guy on most things but the welfare issue, if your on warfare why would you be going out to eat? I ask this, just because you don't agree with his views he is an ass clown? Just because he does not approve of gays he is an a hole, aren't you doing exactly the same thing he is by not being tolerant if his views and beliefs? Would that then also make you an intolerant ass clown? Weird but you really can't judge someone and not hold yourself up to the same standards

The person being refused to be served also has the right to sue for something unethical.. You don't have to defend your position for refusing to service, the plaintiff has to prove that he was discriminated against. So in this case it's clear that he is discriminating against groups of people because he says so.. So he has no rights to refuse anyone service based on those circumstances but you can refuse to print for him if you believe the message not the man promotes discrimination.

I'm glad he's clear about his position so I can pass on the spit and bugger sandwiches.

I think the feds ruled several years ago that restaurants aren't considered private holdings, but rather public places.
