I don't know if it is the same product as the Softener XA-1, our supplier sells PrintGen XA-1 in the Hybrid/Dystone Matsui Additive Category.

Good question, but I assume it is but of course I might be wrong. Considering Matsui is a Japanese company information is very hard to get here. Even the local distributers don`t talk to kindly about Matsui here.

Thank you AbcChung!  You are correct…PrintGen XA-1 is from the Dystone line and we gave it the name Softener XA-1 here in the USA because it also works great to give Water Base inks an even softer feel.
